Working as a paralegal for over 15 years, Therese has become an experienced manager of complex litigation cases such as class action, bankruptcy, products liability, construction and commercial litigation. Over her career, her specialty became organizing and maintaining large document cases containing well over 100,000 documents and voluminous deposition files. She has worked on cases that utilized document repositories to manage over 500,000 documents. She has assisted attorneys through every aspect of litigation from initial proceedings, discovery that includes document management, deposition preparations and witness contact, to attending trial with the attorneys. In 2004, Therese joined Docusource as a litigation consultant to assist with document management and courtroom presentations. Her duties include setting up and maintaining document databases for our clients. Therese has experience with initial litigation start-up, which includes formulating and implementing document retention and production strategy based on our clients needs. Maintenance of the document database includes uploading image sets, inputting transcript testimony and quality control of record information. She has knowledge of production and maintenance of deposition and witness files via database organization tools. When discovery is completed, she assists attorneys trial utilizing our electronic courtroom presentation software and equipment.
